As there are multiple animal options, please ensure you have selected the correct categories on the load page. This will determine where your ad is filed and viewed by potential buyers.

Attach Photos

*Select the big square where text says "Attach photos & comments". The gallery will open and you can either select existing pictures saved in your gallery or upload new pictures. To upload new pictures, select the "Upload Files" tab on the top left and then click "Select Files" in the centre of the page. This will enable you to upload saved files.

*When the picture is available in the "Media Library" you will select the required image/s so they are ticked. Once selection is completed, press the "Select tab in blue at the bottom of the page.
(Remember the first picture selected will be presented in the large image box)

*If you would like to add additional pictures, just select the "Add more gallery images" below the presented image/s. If you would like to remove selected pictures, select the "Add more gallery images" and un-select the images that are no longer required.

TAB Fields

Only the absolute essential information tabs are mandatory. If you miss a mandatory field and try to publish our system will indicate the field required in red. Please ensure all mandatory fields are completed and your chosen categories are as specific as possible

You will see the required information presented in the corresponding tab. If there is no drop down when you select the tab, the user can manually enter the information relevant to their sale item.

You Tube Link

Ensure the box is ticked to activate the You Tube link if required You will include the embedded file information from your You Tube video. Please select the preview tab at the bottom and then select the video to ensure it is working and entered correctly

Google Maps

For Google Maps location either select the current location tab and that will drop a pin exactly where you are. OR select Google maps location. After the new page opens, enter the address in the left tab and the state in the right tab and select search address. Once successful, you will see a blue pin drop into the nominated location. Then press the green tab, "Save to Exit"
(Hint: If you do not want to give away the exact property address details, just nominate the closest town)

Agent Logo

The logo and office details will be set in place when the subscription account is first established. To revise the details please contact THO.

Preview Tab

When you have completed the ad and all mandatory fields, you can preview the published ad by selecting the tab at the bottom of the load page. There is a "Back" button on the preview page to come back to the load page in order to make any changes or to publish the ad.

Save Tab

The ad can be saved by selecting this tab. You will then be able to find the saved ad on the "My Herd" landing page. If you select the "Edit" tab you will then be able to continue loading the same ad at a suitable time.

Publish

Select the publish tab when you have completed the ad as required. The ad will be sent to THO staff for approval and then loaded with in 24 hours. If the ad is not publishing, please check that no mandatory fields have been missed and are highlighted in red.

Enter Category

Select the GREEN + button to open categories

Select the "Edit" tab to change the category text. Once complete select the "Save" Tab to confirm All entries for the corresponding category will be placed in the following description box

Select the "Add New Category" tab to provide as many sale categories as required

Contacts

Select the green add new contact to include additional contact details

Gallery

Information Tabs

Simply enter your sale title, nominate your animal details, breed and type.

Then enter the date of your sale and the geographic location.

In the field provided at the bottom of the load page, insert your website or online auction catalogue link. (Example: The link for The Herd Online that we would paste in the bottom tab would look like this: http://www.theherdonline.com.au

Logo

*Insert your Logo by selecting the corresponding square in the top right corner of the load page
